Arrival – Check in

If you have not completed the online check-in sent to you the day before your arrival, please have your ID/Driving Licence and address card ready for check-in.

From 01.09.2021, commercial accommodation establishments will be obliged to digitally record personal documents at check-in

Parking

Free parking is available in the hotel car park during your stay. This is a large car park in the direction of Esztergom. Parking is available in front of the Sirály restaurant for 5.000,-Ft/night.

A’la carte lunch option in our restaurant between 12:00-15:30 Half board can be added to your room reservation for full board, please ask at reception for details. For our hotel guests we offer a 10% discount on the a la carte lunch in our Seagull Restaurant!

Dinner is available with the dinner ticket you receive on arrival. Food allergies and special requirements must be notified at the latest upon arrival.
Drinks and other beverages for breakfast and dinner will be charged to your room bill and can be settled on departure together with the wellness bar service.

Renaissance Restaurant – Royal Feast
If the Royal Feast dinner is included in your package offer, you can take it on the date specified on the dinner ticket you receive at check-in, which includes an aperitif, unlimited red and white wine and non-alcoholic beverages.
A free shuttle service to the Renaissance Restaurant is provided for our guests.
Departure times are available at the reception and return times are available on request.
If you prefer not to have the feast, dinner can be served in our Seagull Restaurant, please let the reception know.

Towel, bathrobe

Bathrobes can be requested at the reception on arrival and are available on request.
Each room is equipped with 1 large and 1 small bath towel for the number of guests.
Wellness towels can be requested at the wellness bar and exchanged on request. The wellness towels can be requested with the “wellness towel” card provided at check-in.

We have two lanes, which can be booked at the Wellness Bar subject to availability. The fee is 4.000,-Ft/lane/hour

Travel – Check-out

Please check in by 11 am on the day of travel. Extensions and late check-outs are possible free of charge until 14:00, subject to availability, and from 14:00 onwards at an extra charge. Please inform reception if you need an extension.

Our wellness services can be used after you leave the room, your luggage will be stored in our designated room, locker key available at the wellness bar.
Cash, credit/debit card and SZÉP card are accepted at our reception.

Departure time

Our hotel restaurant, the Seagull Restaurant, offers both international and regional cuisine.
Half board meals for our guests: starter, salad buffet, main course and dessert menu. Half board is available at the reception.
Our Renaissance Restaurant is about 800 metres away. Free shuttle service is available, please ask at reception.

Building B – superior: a personal SAFE is available in the room:

– open the safe door and press the button inside the door, above the hinge
– the yellow light on the safe door will illuminate
– Key in your code number (3-6 digit number) and press the double cross
– When the green light is illuminated, close the safe by pressing the opening button – a click indicates closure.
If the green light does not flash, repeat the programming without pressing the internal button until the green light flashes
– To open, enter your code number and press the double cross and then turn the opening knob. Please leave the safe open when leaving!

Change of towels and bed linen
Linen is changed twice a week for long stays. Towels will be changed if you drop them on the bathroom floor. If you need to change your towels more than once, please let the reception know.

Fire alarm
The hotel rooms are equipped with smoke alarms. In the event of fire, a siren will sound to alert guests. There is a fire extinguisher in all corridors on each floor (see escape route drawing).
