Conferences, historic environment

We recommend the wide variety of conference rooms (with different sizes and capacities) of our hotel for companies, academic or professional groups.

Our session halls are available for smaller meetings (up to 10 people), but we can host major conferences as well (up to 200 people) in our conference rooms which may be reserved during the whole year.

The opening of the new wing of our hotel offers new possibilities for conference organisers: with the movable walls installed, we are able to increase the capacity of our 150 m2 room for 140 participants by 85 m2 to 200.

This room can easily be divided into two smaller rooms (80m2 and 70 m2).

Our other rooms and halls, such as the 100 m2 fully carpeted conference room with natural light, or the 35 m2, the 30 m2, the 25 m2 and the 20 m2 session halls, are also available.

These rooms may not only be used for conferences, but due to their potentials, they are suitable for expositions, openings, presentations and seminars

a conference hall for up to 250 people on an external location (400 metres away from the hotel)

Szállodánk színvonalas szolgáltatásai közül is kiemeljük éttermeink kitűnő konyháját, melyről a rendezvényeken résztvevő vendégeink egyöntetű elismeréssel nyilatkoznak.

Éttermünk nagy létszámú csoportokat is gyorsan kiszolgál, függetlenül attól, hogy tányérszervizes, vagy büféasztalos étkezést választanak.

A kávészüneteket a konferenciatermek előterében, vagy a termekben javasoljuk megtartani, az előkészületeket mindkét variáció esetén gyorsan, ízlésesen oldjuk meg.

Programok

Sokszínű kültéri programlehetőségeink közül a legkedveltebb a lovagi torna, illetve a középkori csapatépítés.

Conferences can be organised in the Royal Palace as well. The Palace is located 500 meters away from the Hotel Visegrád. Hosting the meeting of the Visegrád Four, the hall intended for this purpose is suitable for 250 people.

Renaissance Restaurant with its unique interior design is located 800 meters away from the hotel, and is also available for the organisation of meeting and conferences.

Our hotel undertakes to organise the additional services of the events, from reception parties to the provision of accommodation in our wellness department.
